The product is good and really tasty, but ordering from the online portal maybe risky as they don't have an effective customer care resolution mechanism. Neither do their Customer care email is answered, nor do they ever answer the call centre or
Toll free number. I had to reach out to their management to request for resolving my problem off one missing packet and trust me it was prompt resolution.
My only concern was that the customer care of such a reputed company is not at all effective or they don't care.
